Peak autumn foliage, maple sugar, mountain vistas and a lake cruise — from Boston to Portland.
Peak autumn foliage, maple sugar, mountain vistas and a lake cruise — from Boston to Portland.
Mid-October is when New England puts on its most brilliant show. Begin in historic Boston, then head into the countryside to the picture-perfect village of Woodstock and the Shelburne Museum, with a sweet stop at a maple sugar house along the way.
Drive the Kancamagus Highway through a blaze of red and gold, take in the view from Mount Washington, cruise Lake Winnipesaukee and finish on the coast in Portland, Maine.
This trip is currently full — call to be added to the waitlist in case a spot opens up. (The Boston post-tour shown on the map is not available.)
